+ How do I submit an essay for review?
Please use this form to submit your essay. Make sure to include the essay question also.
+ How long does it take for my essay to be reviewed?
It usually takes 7 days to receive the first revision.
+ How many revisions am I allowed?
You are allowed up to two reviews.
+ What is the process?
Once your essay is submitted, it will be reviewed within the first 7 days for content and to ensure the work is written to align with the essay question. The revision includes suggestions and prompting questions to ensure clarity. After the 1st revision is returned, the submitter will be asked to do an update and resend for a final review.
+ Do I have to pay for my essay to be reviewed?
The essay revision process is free of charge.

+ How do I check the status of my order?
After each order is shipped, the client is provided with a USPS Tracking Number so that they are able to check the status of their package.
+ How are products shipped?
Packages are generally shipped through USPS.
+ Can I track my package?
Yes, via the USPS Tracking Number provided once the package is mailed out.
+ Will my order ship all in one package?
Yes, generally all orders are shipped in one package.
+ I really need this ASAP, is a rush option available?
No, rush orders are not available. Please plan for your order to get to you within 5 business days from when your order is placed.
+ How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Most items are generally processed within 2 business days, after which it takes 2-3 business days for the item(s) to be received once shipped.
+ Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
If a customer has to change their shipping address, it is recommended to do it within 24 hours of placing the order so that we have the correct mailing address before the order is processed.
+ Do you ship internationally?
Yes, for an additional shipping fee. Please contact us for international orders.
+ How will I know my order was processed?
Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
